At Mountaineer Popcorn, we take pride in the quality of our popcorn and customer satisfaction.

If you’re not completely happy with your order, please reach out to us. All return or refund requests are reviewed and handled on an individual, case-by-case basis. We will always do our best to work with our customers to find fair solution.

If possible, please be ready to share where you purchased your Mountaineer Popcorn (in one of our locations, through a reseller, through a fundraiser, etc.), what flavor(s) you purchased, and when you made your purchase.
